Apartment Renovation in Neapoli Exarchia, Athens

Prior to the renovation, the apartment was used as a student residence, featuring outdated interiors, worn materials, and a layout that no longer met the requirements of contemporary living.
The main objective of the project was to fully upgrade the space and transform it into a modern, functional, and welcoming home for a family of four.

The design approach focused on optimizing the layout, improving spatial organization, and achieving a balance between aesthetics and everyday functionality. Clean lines, a neutral color palette, and contemporary materials were selected to create a timeless and comfortable atmosphere.

Special attention was given to enhancing natural light, creating comfortable spaces for family life, and ensuring visual and functional continuity throughout the apartment. The final result is a contemporary residence that combines modern character, comfort, and practical design solutions tailored to the needs of a modern family.
